Banchory Local Place Plan

Banchory Community Council is starting work on a Local Place Plan for the town. A Local Place Plan is an official document which will be lodged with Aberdeenshire Council to inform them WHAT people in Banchory need, and WHERE it should be. The plan will be used as part of the formation of the next Local Development Plan and can be used by the community as a means to drive action and investment around particular topics and projects.
